ABOUT US
Co-hosted by Toni Gripper and Kate Rodger, we’re seekers who met on our individual life journeys more than 15 years ago, and now we’ve come together again to provide a place of connection, dialogue, and deep inquiry.
Every week, we’ll tune-in and shine a light on the question marks and intimacies of our own soulful journeys in life and relationship – and, we aim to spotlight trailblazing individuals and movements from around the world who are in service to right-relationship.*
We seek to understand what some are calling the “emerging paradigm” and how every-day folks, artists, activists, and you are participating.
We’re interested in global interaction, collaboration, and our intrinsic humanity. We celebrate tender moments of growth, listening, and LOVE.
SHE Spotlight is for those who not only see and feel the evolutionary waves of change, SHE Spotlight is a touchstone for those who are called to actively participate, model, and create ways for the world to work for all of us.

Hi. I was raised by a Catholic feminist who imprinted me with a mix of independence meets survival all while Pops was tossing in a bit of the ineffable: a somewhat insatiable curiosity of the causal world.
Toni Gripper
In 1995 after working for more than 10 years as an employee at a number of global technology companies, I decided to go on my own to use my skills and experience as a marketing consultant.
What We Believe
- Respecting the value and diversity of humanity and life is necessary.

- In the power of communication. In the efficacy of vulnerability, listening, love, and creativity.
- Authenticity, integrity, courage, and action elevates us all - even when we disagree.
- Human-devised constructs are changeable. The operating system of the Cosmos is not.
